If you run more than one server, two tools make your job easier. Ban Sync bans a person on the other servers when they are banned on one of them. Copy Template builds one server's role, category, channel and permission structure on another server.
Who can use them?
Both tools are exclusive to the Max Plus plan and only work between servers you activated premium on with Max Plus. With Max Plus you can activate up to 3 servers. Details in the Plans and Premium guide.
Ban sync
[Ban senkronu] source server: reasonSync works both ways: every server in the group is both a source and a target. A ban that arrived through sync isn't spread again from the server it arrived on; no loops occur.
Setup
Step 1
Open the My Servers page on the dashboard. Click the Ban Sync button in the bar at the top. The button only appears while you have the Max Plus plan.
Step 2
Choose at least two servers from the Servers in the group list. Only servers you activated with Max Plus appear in the list.
Step 3
Turn on the Ban sync enabled switch. If you like, also turn on Also sync unbans.
Step 4
Click Save.

Protection against mass-ban attacks
At most 5 bans per minute spread from one server; any more are skipped. If the person who banned was penalized by Server Protection (a mass-ban attack), none of their bans spread.
Bot permission
The bot needs the Ban Members permission on every server in the group. On a server where it lacks the permission, the ban can't be applied.
Copying a server template
The source server's current structure is built on the target server. Roles, categories and channels are matched by name; since IDs differ between servers, the name is what counts.

Two copy modes
Only add what's missing
If a role or channel with the same name exists, its settings and permissions are updated to match the source, and missing ones are created. Nothing is deleted.
Mirror the target exactly
Roles and channels that aren't in the template are also deleted from the target. A Server Protection backup of the target is taken before starting. You need to type EŞİTLE to confirm.
Setup
Step 1
On the My Servers page of the dashboard, click the Copy Template button at the top.
Step 2
Choose the Source server (structure to copy) and the Target server (structure is built here). Both must be activated with Max Plus and must be different.
Step 3
Choose the mode for roles and channels that already exist on the target.
Step 4
Click Start Copy. The copy is queued; the bot starts within a few seconds.
Step 5
Follow the status in the Recent copies list: Queued, Copying, Done or Failed. When it finishes, it shows how many roles and channels were added and how many updates, deletions and errors there were.
Bot permissions and role
The bot must be on both the source and the target server. On the target it needs the Manage Channels and Manage Roles permissions. Roles above the bot's role are not touched; if the bot isn't an Administrator, it also can't grant permissions it doesn't have itself.
What mirroring keeps
Even with Mirror the target exactly, the bot's role and roles above it, the rules and community updates channels, the system channel and the Server Protection log channel are never deleted.
Frequently asked questions
Does ban sync work with the Max plan?
No. Both tools are only available on the Max Plus plan and only work between servers you activated with Max Plus.
What happens if my Max Plus plan ends?
Ban sync stops working; no more bans spread. Bans that already spread stay in place.
What if the target server isn't a community server?
Announcement channels are created as text channels and stage channels as voice channels. If a forum or media channel can't be created, it is created as a text channel.
What if a copy stops halfway?
Since matching is done by name, when you start the same job again, what was already created isn't created again; it continues where it left off.
Error "A backup/restore job is running on the target server"
A Server Protection backup or restore is running on the target. Start the copy again once that job finishes.
I can't see the Ban Sync or Copy Template button
The buttons only appear on the My Servers page while your account has an active Max Plus plan. If there are no servers in the server list, activate premium on your servers first.
