Most of Shufen Bot's systems are free. Some systems need the Pro or Max plan. A plan is a monthly subscription tied to you; once you have it, you choose which servers get premium.

The label on the card is what counts
The bot owner can change which plan a system needs. The most up-to-date information is the label on the system card on your server page.
In some systems, limits grow with higher plans. For example, Server Protection backups:

Activating a plan on a server
Buying a plan doesn't make your server premium on its own. You need to choose which server to use it on:

Choose your plan on the Plans page and complete payment.
Step 2
Open the My Servers page in the dashboard.
Step 3
On the card of the server you want premium on, click Activate premium. You need to be the server owner, an administrator on Discord or a dashboard manager, and the bot must be in that server.
Step 4
The locked cards on the server page unlock and you can set up the systems.

If your slots are full, use Move a premium slot here on another server's card to move the slot there. Deactivate premium only turns off the premium systems; free systems keep working. Your activations and moves are listed in Premium history.
Other ways a server can be premium
If one of the managers added in the dashboard has an active plan, the server uses that plan. A timed plan reward from the Server Vault chest also makes the server premium for as long as it is active.
When does an activation drop?
If the person who activated premium leaves the server, or the bot is removed from the server, the activation is cancelled. To use the slot again, you need to activate it again.
When a plan ends
- If you cancel your subscription, the plan lasts until the end of the billing period, then you move to Free.
- Premium systems that were on show Plan expired on their card and stop.
- Your settings are not deleted. When you renew the plan, the systems pick up where they left off.
Activation code and diamonds
If you enter a code in the Activation code box on the Plans page, the plan it grants is added to your account for the stated number of days. Diamond packs are separate from plans: they are a one-time purchase used to buy items, roles and badges in the shop.
Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between Max and Max Plus?
Max Plus includes every system in Max. The difference is that you can have premium on 3 servers at once and use ban sync and template copying between those servers.
Is my plan tied to a server or to me?
It's tied to you. You choose which server to use it on from the My Servers page, and you can move it to another server whenever you like.
What happens if I upgrade my plan?
Your new plan applies immediately. When you downgrade, your current plan stays in effect until the end of the current period.
Why can't I see AI Analytics results?
Analysis runs in the background on every server. To see the results, the server owner or one of the managers added in the dashboard needs the required plan; activation on the server doesn't count for this. Details are in the AI Analytics guide.
"Activate premium" gives an error
Make sure your subscription is active, the bot is in the server and your premium slots aren't full. If they are, first deactivate premium on another server or move the slot.
