The Community Panel shows your server's social structure and health on one page. You see which members are drifting away, which channels stay lively and who connects the groups; you also confirm the records flagged by AI here.

The window above first shows the health report card for the #gaming-chat channel: the reply rate is good, but the conversation is concentrated on a few people and new members are rarely welcomed. Below it, Alex types /churn-risk list; the bot lists the members with the highest churn risk along with a bridge member badge and a confidence rate. When Alex marks Kai as "Really drifting away", the feedback is recorded.

Who can see it?

  • The page can be opened by the server owner, admins added on the dashboard, and anyone with the Administrator or Manage Server permission on Discord.
  • To see the results, the same rule as the AI Analytics Center applies: the server owner or one of the admins added on the dashboard must have the Max plan.
  • Data is collected regardless of plan. If a plan is purchased later, past records become visible too.

To get there: Dashboard → My Servers → the Community panel shortcut on the server card.

Tabs

TabWhat it shows
OverviewServer health score (0–100 and a letter grade), members active in the last 7 days, critical safety incidents, average risk and toxicity, the share of members at churn risk, prediction accuracy and a 30-day sentiment series.
Social GraphGroups of members who talk to each other a lot (clusters), the bridge members connecting groups, and groups that split, merged, formed or dissolved in the last 60 days.
Member DetailThe card of the member you pick: profile, risk breakdown, churn prediction, 30-day activity heatmap and their 15 strongest connections.
Moderation QueueRecords flagged by AI that are waiting for a decision (toxicity, raid, risk, escalation). You choose Correct, Wrong or Watch.
Channel HealthChannel report cards for the last 7 days: message count, trend, reply rate and monopolization.
SettingsChurn prediction, new member matching, channel health, weekly summary and Rewind settings.
How is the health score calculated?

It is a weighted sum of four components: Toxicity 30%, Risk 25%, Churn Risk 25%, Engagement 20%. The letter grade is A (90 and above), B (75), C (60), D (45) and F below that. If the churn score hasn't been calculated yet, its weight is spread across the other three components.

Your decisions train the system

Every Correct, Wrong or Watch decision in the Moderation Queue tunes the model to your server. You can select several records and decide in bulk; you can undo a decision you made within 60 minutes.

Step by step on Discord

Commands

/channel-health channel

The health report card of the text channel you choose. Requires the Manage Messages or Administrator permission.

/churn-risk list

Members above the churn risk threshold (calculated nightly). Requires the Manage Messages or Administrator permission.

/churn-risk fragility

Critical members whose leaving would break the social network the most.

The churn score is never shown to the member

/churn-risk replies are only visible to the staff member who used the command. The churn score is never shown to the member themselves anywhere. The churn score is calculated separately from the risk score; the two don't mix.

Settings

Churn prediction, bridge matching and channel health run continuously on every server; they can't be turned off. In the Settings tab you only change their thresholds and channels:

Step 1

On the dashboard, open My Servers → server → the Community panel shortcut.

Step 2

Switch to the Settings tab.

Step 3

Change the values on the relevant card and click that card's Save button. Reset to defaults fills the form with the default values; nothing is applied until you click Save.

SettingDefaultWhat it does
Min. account age (days)14No churn score is calculated for members who have spent fewer days than this on the server.
Risk threshold (0-1)0.60Members above this score appear in the /churn-risk list. Lowering it makes the list longer.
Fragility damage threshold (0-1)0.15If at least this share of the network would break off when the member leaves, the member counts as a "fragile node".
Welcome channel IDEmptyThe channel the matching message goes to. If empty, no matching message is sent.
Max. consecutive assignments3The most new members assigned in a row to the same bridge member.
Max. load per bridge10The total number of new members a bridge member can take on in the recent period.
Bridge role IDEmptyAn existing role to give to bridge members. The bot doesn't create roles; if empty, no role is given.
Max. bridge members holding the role at once5This many of the most engaged bridge members hold the role.
Min. messages per window50The minimum number of messages a channel needs in 7 days to get a report card.
Weekly summary channel IDEmptyThe channel the channel health summary goes to on Mondays. If empty, no summary is sent.
Send weekly digestOn (if you have the plan)Sends the admin summary every Monday; it isn't sent twice in the same week. If nothing has been chosen, it is on for servers that can see the results.
Admin channel IDEmptyThe channel the admin summary goes to. If empty, it goes to the server owner as a direct message.

The same tab also shows the Rewind — Year in Review settings and the critical safety alert channel. The alert channel is read-only here; it is changed with /critical-safety.

Settings fields need IDs

The channel and role fields in this tab take Discord IDs, not names. The role you enter in the bridge role field must already exist on the server; the bot doesn't create new roles.

MAX

Community Panel

The panel page, /channel-health, /churn-risk and the weekly summaries require the Max plan on the server owner or a dashboard admin.

Frequently asked questions

Why is the social graph empty?

Clusters are calculated every night. On a newly added server they appear after the first nightly calculation; group changes need at least two nights of data.

A channel shows as "insufficient data"

That channel had fewer messages in the last 7 days than the Min. messages per window value. You can lower the value or wait for the channel to liven up.

What is a bridge member?

A social, active member who connects different groups of members. New members are introduced to these people; there are assignment limits so the load doesn't fall on a single person.

How much can I trust the churn prediction?

The Prediction accuracy card on the Overview shows whether members flagged as at risk in recent weeks actually left within the next 30 days. The score isn't a calibrated probability but a weighted sum of signals; if confidence is below 40%, the prediction counts as uncertain.

The page says "Subscription Required"

The server owner or an admin added on the dashboard must have the Max plan. Being an Administrator on Discord, or the plan of the person opening the page, is not enough on its own.

New members aren't being matched

In the Settings tab, check that the Welcome channel ID field is filled in and that the bot can post in that channel.
