The Invite Tracking system records which invite link every new member used to join your server and who created that link. Members use /invites to see their own invite stats and the server's invite leaderboard.

In the window, a notice that a new member has joined comes in, then Alex types /invites and opens his own card: net, real, left, fake and bonus counts on a single card. The list next to it shows the server's top inviters.

Invite tracking step by step

Commands

/invites

Shows your own invite stats.

/invites user:@üye

Shows the invite stats of the member you pick.

/invites leaderboard:True

Ranks the server's top 10 inviters.

What do the numbers mean?

RowMeaning
RealMembers who joined through your link and whose account is at least 7 days old.
Fake (new account)Members who joined through your link but whose account is younger than 7 days. Not added to the net count.
LeftMembers who were counted as real and later left the server. Subtracted from the net count.
BonusExtra invite points. Added to the net count.
Total (net)Real + bonus − left. It never goes below zero.

If a fake member leaves

If a member counted as fake leaves the server, "Left" doesn't go up; the "Fake" count drops by one instead. This way new accounts don't affect your net count twice.

Setup

Step 1

On the dashboard, pick your server on the My Servers page.

Step 2

Open the Invite Tracking card.

Step 3

If you like, pick a log channel and write the join and leave messages.

Step 4

In the Invite Rewards section, add a role and an invite count, then press Save.

SettingDefaultWhat it does
Log ChannelNot selectedThe channel for the message that says who invited each member on every join and leave. If empty, these messages aren't sent; counting still happens.
Join Message{user} sunucuya katıldı. Davet eden: {inviter} ({invites} davet)Posted to the log channel on join. The default text is in Turkish, so write your own. {user} and {inviter} become mentions, {invites} is the inviter's net count and {code} is the invite code used.
Leave Message{user} sunucudan ayrıldı. Davet eden: <@{inviter}> ({invites} davet)Posted to the log channel on leave. Here {user} is the username and {inviter} is the inviter's ID.
Invite RewardsEmptyA member whose net invite count reaches the threshold gets the role (threshold 1–100,000).

Mention the inviter in the leave message

In the leave message, {inviter} turns into just an ID. If you want to mention the inviter, write <@{inviter}> as in the default.

Invite rewards are rechecked on every join and leave. If the net count drops below the threshold, the role is taken back. If you add the same role a second time, no new reward is created; that role's threshold is updated instead. On the dashboard, the Invite Leaderboard list under the same card shows the top 10 inviters; you can update it with Refresh.

Bot permissions

The bot needs the "Manage Server" permission to see who invited whom; without it, joins aren't counted at all. To give reward roles, it also needs the "Manage Roles" permission and a bot role above the reward roles in the role list.

Frequently asked questions

Why are some joins not credited to anyone?

On each join, the bot checks which invite link's use count went up. Links with no known inviter (such as the server's vanity URL) and rejoining through your own link aren't credited to anyone.

Can the fake-account age be changed?

No. Discord accounts younger than 7 days count as fake on every server; there is no dashboard setting for this period.

Can my invite count go below zero?

No. The net count is shown as at least 0, and rewards are based on this number.

Is /invites visible to everyone?

Yes, the reply is visible to everyone in the channel. Nobody is mentioned on the card and nobody gets a notification. If the system is off, only the person who typed the command sees the warning.

It says "Invite Tracking is disabled on this server."

Turn the system on from the Invite Tracking card on the dashboard. Joins that happen while the system is off aren't counted and aren't added later.

Track your invites

Turn the system on from the dashboard, then check your card with /invites.
