The Server Showcase is the public server list at shufenbot.com/vitrin. Your server gets in when a Showcase reward drops from the Server Treasury chest and you activate that reward. Listings are timed; when the time runs out, your server drops off the list on its own.
In the window above, the card on the left shows the moment a 30-day Showcase reward drops from the chest: the treasury is full and the Activate reward button is waiting. The card on the right shows how the server looks on the showcase after activation: name, short pitch, tags, member and online counts, days left and the Join Server button.
The road to the showcase
Which reward drops from the chest is random; Showcase is one of those rewards. You can find out how the treasury fills up and the chest rules in the Server Treasury guide.
Setup
Step 1
In the dashboard, pick your server on the My Servers page and open the Server Treasury card in the Tools section.
Step 2
In the Earned rewards list, click Activate next to the Showcase reward. The timer starts at that moment.
Step 3
Click the Edit listing link next to the reward. You can also reach the same screen from the Add Server button on the shufenbot.com/vitrin page.
Step 4
Write your listing and click Save and publish. There's no review; the showcase updates the moment you save.

No links in the text
Links can't be used in the pitch, description, long description or rules; text containing a link isn't saved. Visitors only reach your server through the Join Server button.
You can leave the invite field empty
If you don't paste your own invite, the bot creates an invite valid for 24 hours in the first text channel. Pasting a permanent invite is safer.
Featured ranking
The showcase is sorted by "Featured" by default. The share of members online has the biggest effect; server size, a filled-in listing, a chosen category and added images also move you up.
What shows on the showcase?
- The server's name, icon, banner, and member and online counts are taken from Discord.
- On the detail page, up to 10 channels that @everyone can see are listed as "Featured channels". Names of hidden channels aren't shown.
- If the server is a Discord Partner or Verified, that badge is shown. Servers that have used the Showcase reward at least twice get the Veteran badge.
- On the edit screen you see page view and join click counts. The same visitor is counted once per hour.
Frequently asked questions
Can I pay to get on the showcase?
No. The only way onto the showcase is the Showcase reward from the Server Treasury chest.
The reward dropped but my server isn't on the list.
If the reward is waiting in inventory, the timer hasn't started; click Activate first. The list can take up to a minute to refresh. If you haven't written a listing, your server appears with the note "This server has not written a description yet."; save your listing.
What happens if the Showcase reward drops again?
If you activate the same reward while you have active showcase time, the new time is added on top of what's left; the timer doesn't restart.
Who can edit the listing?
Anyone who can manage the server in the dashboard. Opening the chest and activating the reward are only available to the server owner and people added as managers in the dashboard.
Is what I wrote deleted when the time runs out?
No. The server drops off the list, but your listing is kept; you can see it on the edit screen. It goes live again with a new Showcase reward.
"This server has no active showcase reward" warning
A listing can only be saved while a Showcase reward is active. If the reward is in inventory, activate it from the Server Treasury card; if it has expired, you need to wait for a new chest.
