The Leaderboard system turns activity on your server into tables. Members use /leaderboard to check the gold, XP, treasury contribution, voice, message and streak tables. If an admin wants, the week's champions are announced in a channel every week on the chosen day and time.

In the window, Alex types /leaderboard and the bot sends the all-time gold table. The list next to it shows the "This week" version of the same metric: pressing the period button switches the table to the weekly counters.

Leaderboards step by step

Commands

/leaderboard [donem]

Opens the leaderboard tables. The donem option can be All-time or This week; if you leave it empty, All-time opens. The first table is gold; you switch to the others with buttons.

What does each table show?

TableRanked byLinked system
GoldThe member's gold balanceEconomy
XPAll-time: total XP and level · This week: weekly XPLevel
ContributionSilver the member has earned for the server treasuryEconomy
VoiceTime spent in voice channelsEconomy
MessagesNumber of messages sentEconomy
StreakUnbroken daily streak (All-time only)Economy

Tables show the top 15 members. If the linked system is off, you get the warning "This system is not active on this server!" instead of a table. For XP, see the Leveling guide; for gold and treasury contribution, see the Economy and Server Vault guides.

Gold is the same on every server

Your gold balance isn't split per server. The gold table still ranks only this server's members.

Economy must be on for message and voice counters

Message and voice time counters are kept through the Economy system. While Economy is off, messages sent and time spent in voice aren't added to these tables.

Weekly leaderboard announcement

While the announcement is on, the bot sends a separate table for each enabled category every week on the day and time you choose. A category with no data that week is skipped. If you picked a role for a category, the top member gets it; if last week's winner was someone else, the role is taken back from them. Weekly counters reset after the announcement.

Step 1

On the dashboard, pick your server on the My Servers page.

Step 2

Open the Leaderboard System card.

Step 3

Pick the announcement channel, how many members to show, the day and the time.

Step 4

Turn categories on or off, optionally pick a role for each one's top member, and press Save.

Test first

The Test Announcement button sends the tables right away. No roles are given and weekly counters aren't reset during a test, so you can try it without worry.

If the champion role isn't given

The bot needs the "Manage Roles" permission, and its role must sit above the champion roles. Otherwise the announcement goes out but the role can't be given.

Frequently asked questions

When does "This week" reset?

If the weekly announcement is on, right after the announcement is sent. If it's off, weekly counters reset every Monday just after midnight (Istanbul time).

Why is there no weekly Streak table?

A streak is already a count of unbroken days; no weekly version is kept. If you try to switch to Streak while on the weekly period, the table goes back to All-time. The Streak category in the weekly announcement also uses members' current streak.

Does XP from quests count toward the weekly table?

No. Weekly XP is made up of message and voice XP only. Quest XP is added to total XP and level.

Why does the time on the table look different?

The time at the bottom of the table is written in UTC. The weekly announcement's day and time, however, follow Istanbul time.

The weekly announcement didn't arrive

Check that an announcement channel is selected and the bot can post there. If the channel can't be found, the bot tries again later the same day. If no category has data that week, no table is sent.
