The Temporary Room system gives every member their own voice room. A member joins the creator voice channel set by an admin, the bot opens a room just for them and moves them into it. The room owner manages the room from a control panel; once the room is empty, it deletes itself.
In the window, Alex's room has opened and the control panel has landed in the room's chat. Mia presses the Join button in the lobby channel; Alex gets a join request by DM, and when he accepts, Mia is moved into the room.
Temporary rooms step by step

The Transfer, Kick, Ban and Unban buttons open a select menu only you can see. To ban someone who isn't in the room, use the panel in the room's chat; the panel in your DMs lists only the people in the room.
Limits
You can have only one room at a time on a server. Opening rooms back to back is limited: at most 3 rooms per minute. A room can be renamed at most 2 times every 10 minutes.
How do join requests work?
The list in the lobby channel shows up to 5 open rooms: the room name, its owner, how many people are inside and when it was opened. Hidden rooms don't appear in the list.
Setup
Step 1
On your server, create a voice channel in the category where temporary rooms should open (for example "➕ Create Room").
Step 2
On the dashboard, pick your server on the My Servers page and open the Temporary Room System card.
Step 3
Pick this voice channel as the Creator Channel, and the text channel for the open-room list as the Lobby Text Channel.
Step 4
Press Save and try it by joining the creator channel.

Bot permissions
To open rooms, the bot needs "Manage Channels" in the creator channel's category, and to move members into rooms it needs "Move Members". If the category hits Discord's 50-channel limit, the bot opens a new category with "2" added to the end of the same name.
Turn on your DMs
Join requests go to the room owner by DM. If you've turned off DMs from server members, requests won't reach you and the requester sees the warning "Could not send message to room owner!".
Frequently asked questions
When is a room deleted?
After the last person leaves, the bot waits 10 seconds. If someone joins during that time, deletion is canceled; if nobody comes, the room is deleted and the control panel is updated to "Room Closed".
What happens if the owner leaves the room?
If someone who isn't a bot is inside, ownership passes to them and the new owner is notified by DM. If nobody is left, the room is deleted.
How is the room named?
The room opens with the 🎙️ icon and the "lobby" prefix, carrying the server display name of the person who opened it. You can then give it any name with the Rename button.
Can someone I let into my locked room join again later?
Yes. The person you accept is given permission to connect to the room; they can leave and rejoin as long as the room stays open. If you ban them, this permission is removed.
I join the creator channel but no room opens
Check that the system is on, the creator channel is selected, and the bot can create channels in that category. If you already have an open room, or you've opened 3 rooms in a minute, no new room opens; the bot tells you why by DM.
