Staff Performance counts how much work each member of your team does: the punishments they give, the support tickets they claim and close, their first response time and the decisions another staff member overturned. You see the results in the dashboard, as cards in Discord and in a weekly report.
In the window above, the weekly report lands in the report channel: the team's total actions, closed tickets, first response time and satisfaction score, each with the change from the previous week. The bars at the top show the most active staff of the last 7 days by activity score; the highest score counts as 100.
Staff Performance step by step
What is counted?
No separate setup is needed; the page fills itself from the records below:
- Punishments: bans, kicks and timeouts from the
/penaltycommand, the Issue Penalty menu and Discord's own menu. - Warnings: Warn and the profanity penalty in the Issue Penalty menu.
- Tickets: claiming, first response, closing and the rating the user gives in the support ticket system.
- Reversals: removing a ban or timeout from Discord and automod appeal decisions.
What is an overturned decision?
If another staff member removes a ban or timeout within 7 days, or the punishment is overturned by an accepted appeal, it counts as an overturned decision for the person who gave it. Removing your own punishment doesn't count.
Activity score
The leaderboard is ranked by this score. The highest-scoring staff member in the period gets 100, and the others are scaled relative to them.
| Action | Points |
|---|---|
| Ban | 3 |
| Kick, timeout | 2 |
| Warning | 1 |
| Message deletion and other | 0.5 |
| Closed ticket | 3 |
| Claim, first response, appeal decision | 1 each |
| Active day | 2 |
| Overturned decision | −4 |
Command
/staff [kullanici] [aralik]
Range: Last 7 days, Last 30 days or Last 90 days (default 7). Only you see the reply.
| Who | What they see |
|---|---|
| Members with Manage Server | The leaderboard if they don't pick a user, that person's card if they do |
| Members with a staff role | Only their own card. They can't open someone else's card. |
| Other members | Can't use the command |
Setup
Step 1
In the dashboard, pick your server on the My Servers page and open the Staff Performance card.
Step 2
Choose the Staff Roles. Members with these roles show up in the list even if they have no actions, and can check their own card with /staff.
Step 3
If you want a weekly report, turn on Send weekly report and choose the Report Channel, day and time.
Step 4
Click Save. To see the detailed table, click Open Panel.
| Setting | Default | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Staff Roles | None | If you leave it empty, only people with actions in the records are listed (up to 25 roles) |
| Include Automod punishments | Off | When on, automod punishments are shown as a separate summary; they don't enter the staff leaderboard |
| Send weekly report | Off | Sends a summary of the last 7 days and the change from the previous week to the report channel |
| Report day and time | Monday 10:00 | When the report is sent. The first report goes out at the first scheduled time after you save. |
Actions taken from Discord
Punishments given and bans removed through Discord's own menu are read from the audit log. If the bot doesn't have View Audit Log, these actions aren't counted.
The dashboard page
On the Staff Performance page opened with Open Panel, you switch between 7, 30 and 90-day views. At the top are moderation actions, closed tickets, first response time (median and p90), overturned decisions and the number of active staff. The daily activity chart shows the punishments given and tickets closed by staff day by day. Clicking a row in the leaderboard table opens that staff member's details.
Read the numbers in context
The staff member who gives the most punishments isn't always the best. Look at it together with overturned decisions and ticket satisfaction; the score formula takes 4 points off for every overturned decision.
On the Pro plan
Staff Performance requires the Pro plan. If your plan isn't enough, the command and dashboard page tell you. See the plans.
Frequently asked questions
Can staff see each other's scores?
No. With a staff role you can only see your own card. Only members with Manage Server see the leaderboard and other people's cards.
Are automod punishments credited to staff?
No. Automod punishments are never added to any staff member's score. If "Include Automod punishments" is on, they are shown as a separate summary.
How is first response time calculated?
It's the time from when a support ticket is opened until the first staff reply. The median shows the typical time; p90 shows the time within which 90 percent of tickets were answered.
The bot was down for a week. Will the report arrive?
If the bot comes back within 6 hours of the scheduled time, the report is still sent. With a longer outage, that week's report is skipped.
My card shows no actions
You may have no recorded actions in the chosen range; check 30 or 90 days with the aralik option. For punishments you gave through Discord's menu, the bot needs to be able to see the audit log.
